We’ve created the nüdie using nothing but hypoallergenic medical-grade silicone, complete with a rounded rim for easy insertion and a comfortable fit.

Unlike other period cups with a rough stem, we created our own easy-to-hold Pebble™ pull for hassle-free removal. Plus, nüdie’s Tri-flow™ air release holes will keep you feeling fresh and protected, day or night.

Best cup - if you want to try a menstrual cup this is the one for you...

I tried so many cups and I nearly gave up. I bought this cup and it is amazing. Honestly, so soft, so comfortable. Could not recommend it more....

Best cup I've ever used!

I've tried 3 different period cups and this is the best by far! It is so soft, and the pebble design allows you to remove with ease and control. I will not be looking back, I highly recommend!
