Our Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes products just aren’t right for you and you may want to return them. If this is the case, we are happy to offer a refund as long as the item/s is refunded within 14 days of receipt and meets the following T’s & C’s:

Terms & Conditions

All returned items must be in their original condition and will be checked once received. Products must not have been opened or used. This includes any variation from the item’s original condition such as broken seals.

Please keep a postage receipt with tracking details. We are only responsible for your item/s once they have been received by our warehouse team. Any items lost in transit will not be refunded.

Please note that the delivery charge for the initial order will not be included in the item/s refund.

If the returned item/s was part of a bundle or gift set, the complete bundle/gift set must be returned together as we cannot offer part returns.

If the item/s you received are faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days and we will process a refund or replacement.

What happens next?

Once the product has been received and checked you will be notified via email whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed as soon as possible. Please note that it can take a few days for your account to be credited one the refund has been processed.
