Orders

Where is my order?

When your order has been dispatched you will receive an email to confirm the order has been dispatched. Within this email will be your tracking information with the relevant courier. If you haven’t received this email please check that it isn’t in your junk/spam folder. If you still can’t find it please contact us on hello@mintgreen.store and our team will be happy to help.

Can I amend/cancel my order?

It is not currently possible to amend your order once completed. Please ensure you carefully and check your order before checkout to avoid errors. Once your order is received you may return your item/s if they follow our returns guidelines.

Can I return my order?

What Payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal and Clearpay.


What is Clearpay?

Clearpay is a payment service that allows you to make a purchase and pay for the purchase in four equal payments without interest. If you would like to pay with Clearpay please select Clearpay as your payment method at checkout.
